The Unified Resonant Structure Formula (URSF): A Spectral Framework for Deriving Physical Constants
We present a unified structure-based framework for computing physical con- stants such as G, c, h, ǫ, and α using the Unified Resonant Structure Formula (URSF). This approach relies on modal frequency structures derived from Rie- mann zeta zeros, residual tension fields, and curvature projections. The URSF framework eliminates the need for empirical scaling factors and supports full re- construction within a structure-native Planck unit system. We demonstrate how constants emerge as modal responses to structural tension landscapes, bridging spectral geometry, number theory, and physical law.
