Water Quality Monitoring System Using Arduino UNO
Water quality monitoring is essential for ensuring the safety of drinking water and the health of aquatic ecosystems. This project presents a low-cost, real-time water quality monitoring system using an Arduino UNO microcontroller, pH sensor, Conductivity sensor, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) meter, GSM module and LCD display. The system continuously measures key water parameters, including pH level, conductivity and TDS concentration, which are crucial indicators of water quality. The sensors are interfaced with the Arduino UNO to collect data, which is processed and displayed on an LCD screen for immediate observation. Additionally, the data can be transmitted wirelessly to a mobile application for remote monitoring and analysis. The system is designed to operate in various environments, including drinking water facilities, agricultural fields, and industrial water management systems.
