Integration of Transcendental Strategic Management with Spiritual Values and Bureaucratic Ethics in Improving Employee Performance at the Banyumas Regency Ministry of Religion Office

The implementation of transcendental strategic management and bureaucratic ethics that integrate spiritual valuesat the Banyumas Regency Ministry of Religion Office has great potential to improve the quality of public services. Byemphasizing integrity, honesty, transparency and a sense of responsibility, this approach not only improves employee technicalperformance, but also shapes employee character who is more ethical and oriented towards the interests of society. The research method is qualitative. The results of this research are: the application ofbureaucratic ethics in the Banyumas Regency Ministry of Religion Office is very important to improve the quality of publicservices by prioritizing transparency, justice and professionalism. Strengthening an ethical culture through training and leadershipexamples can encourage employees to work with integrity, create a positive work atmosphere, and strengthen relations betweengovernment and society. With consistent implementation, bureaucratic ethics will create a more professional, honest andresponsible bureaucracy, as well as improve the quality of services provided.
