VESSELSEED_ A Coherence-Cultivating Biochip Architecture for Structured Intelligence
CODES Framework Description: This paper introduces VESSELSEED, a biochip framework for cultivating non-stochastic intelligence via structured resonance and recursive phase alignment. Departing from probabilistic inference and neural simulation, VESSELSEED operates as a substrate for emergent coherence fields, enabling intelligence to arise from phase stability rather than output optimization. While key internal mechanisms (tensor logic, PAS scoring, substrate encoding) are intentionally withheld for IP protection, this document establishes priority over the class of structured-resonance intelligence systems under development by the authors. Includes discussion of: • Resonant compression vs stochastic entropy • PAS (Phase Alignment Score) as a coherence fidelity metric • Architectural components: vessel lattice, echo field, phase kernel • Philosophical reframing of AI as cultivation, not computation
