Energy Innovation: Quantitative Framework and Prototyping Pathway for the Controlled Resonance and Centrifugal Force Generator
This appendix provides a quantitative deepening and an applied development framework for the "Controlled Resonance and Centrifugal Force Generator." It formalizes the system's dynamic behavior through complete mathematical modeling, resonance amplification analysis, and detailed energy conversion calculations. This updated version introduces significant design evolutions to enhance stability and reduce structural stress. It features balanced blades with free rotation to minimize dynamic loads, and an extendable and torsional joint with integrated viscoelastic dampers for superior transient attenuation. The design now incorporates a second, intentionally unbalanced axis for controlled centrifugal force generation, coupled with a dual piston generation system. Enhanced stability and reactivity are achieved through differential pressure sensors and an advanced predictive control algorithm (Model Predictive Control), improving upon traditional PID controls. The document also introduces realistic design parameters, including a predictive estimate of power output and quantification of forces. It proposes a practical prototyping pathway, highlighting laboratory-scale configurations, simulation strategies, and dynamic safety protocols, alongside component fatigue considerations, material selection strategies, and a comparative analysis with existing energy technologies. This appendix strengthens the theoretical foundation and accelerates the path toward experimental validation, offering the scientific community a novel conceptual framework with precise reference values and a replicable test framework for evaluation and further development.
