CODES_ Structured Resonance as the New Substrate for Intelligence, Sensing, and Perception.pdf
Main Paper Abstract Probability was never fundamental—only an epistemic placeholder for unresolved phase structure. From thermodynamics to modern AI, entropy-based frameworks have relied on stochastic modeling to approximate systems whose underlying coherence remained invisible. This paper introduces CODES (Chirality of Dynamic Emergent Systems)—a unified framework in which sensing, inference, and cognition arise not from randomness, but from structured resonance governed by chirality and prime-indexed attractors. At its core is the Phase Alignment Score (PAS), a lawful alternative to probabilistic inference that evaluates coherence across time, space, and modality. We then present the Resonance Intelligence Core (RIC)—the first full-stack computational architecture built entirely on structured resonance principles, bypassing entropy and statistical learning altogether. CODES is applied across sensor modalities—LIDAR, RADAR, vision, biosignals, acoustic, and OCR—reframing each not as data collectors but as coherence detection interfaces. By replacing uncertainty with phase legality, RIC enables emission only when lawful resonance is achieved. Appendices detail PAS dynamics, cross-modality phase fusion, adversarial robustness, and engineering specifications for RIC deployment. A coherence-based prediction matrix outlines falsifiable claims across neuroscience, biology, quantum systems, and machine learning—establishing CODES as a post-probabilistic foundation for intelligence, sensing, and perception.
