Directing: The most important function of Successful Organization

Abstract: Every organization has predetermined goals. To achieve these goals organization has to take the help of management whose only motto is to get work done from the employees in a very systematic way. For this he has to implement various functions viz; Planning and Implementation of various policies, Selection of the proper employees for the proper job, facilitated them by the various Training programs, Clearing their doubts by proper Directing, give them the practice of self motivation, making co-ordination in their efforts, regular reporting by the employees so that top authorities should know their skill of completing the work, preparation of the budget of every department so that estimated expenses should be known etc. Out of these functions the most important function is directing. Because it is the function through which the employees can complete their work in a very responsible manner. It also helps to develop their skill so that they can increase their strength in working. Therefore the maximum production in a very low cost is possible. In such a manner direction plays a master’s role to make a supply of the production in a regular way towards the wholesaler. So, the wholesaler can sale the products to the retailers and retailers can supply their products to the consumers. Direction is a systematic effort by which every employee in the organization understands his duties and the way to fulfill it. So, this is most important to know its importance in the organization.
