This deliverable focuses on NGS testing performed on 40 patients enrolled in the CAN.HEAL pilots. We provide examples of raw data that attest to the variety of technical readouts and clinical applications to test Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) and genetic predisposition to cancer in specific patients.
