Strategic Leadership for Sustainable Transition
The idea of a sustainable transition has become crucial for businesses, governments, and organizations in light of the environmental, economic, and social issues facing the world today. In order to guide organizations through difficult transitions toward sustainable practices, strategic leadership is essential. This study investigates how vision, innovation, stakeholder involvement, and long-term value generation are all aligned by strategic leadership to support sustainable transformation. It looks at the aspects of strategic leadership, sustainability concepts, and the ways in which leadership promotes organizational change. Key leadership characteristics and strategic interventions that promote sustainable goals are identified by the study using a qualitative method, literature analysis, and empirical findings. The best leadership approaches for facilitating sustainable transition, according to the findings, are transformative, adaptable, and visionary. According to the report, leadership development programs should include ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) indicators, emphasize sustainability, and cultivate an organizational culture that is in line with the long-term ecological and sociological well-being of society.
