Information Seeking Behaviour of Faculty of Pt. Sundar Lal Sharma (Open) University Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh: A Study

Information needs and seeking behavior describe how users search for and utilize information to expand their knowledge. To explore the behavior of faculty members, we focused on understanding the literature search experiences and skills of faculty members at different Departments of Pt. Sundar Lal Sharma University Bilaspur. This survey investigates the information-seeking patterns of faculty to analyze the purpose of library visits and assess their satisfaction with library services. The survey findings offer valuable insights that can help library professionals enhance resources and services for their user community.
