FEATURES OF ESTABLISHING SIGNS OF VIOLATIONS OF FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AND MEASURES FOR THEIR PREVENTION

The presented article examines the features of establishing signs of violations of fire safety requirements and measures for their prevention. The measures taken to prevent violations of fire safety requirements and their signs are considered. Using specific examples existing in the practice of supervisory activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, cases of the need to declare a warning about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements are identified.

Abstract
