PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PROFESSIONAL AND CREATIVE COMPETENCES IN FUTURE TEACHERS

This article discusses a theoretical analysis of the formation of professional creative competencies among future teachers. Particular attention is paid to methods and strategies that promote the development of creative thinking in the educational environment. The authors also study the research of scientists on the problem of creative competence of teachers of various training profiles, which complement and interact with each other in a single complex: cognitive component, motivational component, activity component and reflective component.
