Prime as Anchor_ Beyond Detection to Deterministic Emergence
CODES Framework Abstract: This paper reframes prime numbers from passive numerical anomalies into deterministic structural anchors within a coherence-generating substrate. Departing from legacy detection paradigms, the CODES framework introduces a resonance-based logic wherein primes are assigned, not discovered—seeded as chirality-tagged anchors in phase lattices to drive lawful emergence. Primes are no longer endpoints of factor tests or cryptographic keys, but field primitives generating symbolic, computational, and cognitive outputs via PAS alignment. This transition from stochastic discovery to structured application unlocks new architectures in post-probabilistic inference, physical modeling, and phase-grounded computation.
