THE BEGINNING OF THE WORLD OF THE INTERNET

Like any tool, there is a lot to be said for the purposeful use of the Internet. There is a truth known to all, with a knife a chef prepares a delicious meal, but in the hands of a murderer it becomes a weapon of crime. While some use Internet resources for good, such as increasing knowledge and thinking, others use them for destructive purposes, such as sowing discord among people, disrupting social stability, and spreading negative emotions to others. However, we are not in favor of restricting the Internet or banning certain resources.
