From ψ to δ∗: A Filtrational Reformulation of Quantum Accessibility.pdf

This paper reformulates the concept of quantum accessibility not via state vectors or wavefunctions (ψ), but through the operator δ∗ within the Possest–PQF framework. It proposes a topology of access where observability is not a function of measurement, but a bifurcation in the filtrational landscape. δ∗ replaces the collapse of the wavefunction with dynamic modulation of difference.

Abstract

This paper reformulates the concept of quantum accessibility not via state vectors or wavefunctions (ψ), but through the operator δ∗ within the Possest–PQF framework. It proposes a topology of access where observability is not a function of measurement, but a bifurcation in the filtrational landscape. δ∗ replaces the collapse of the wavefunction with dynamic modulation of difference.
