On the question of the origins of the victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War

The paper examines some of the origins of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, examines some of the features of the administrative and legal system that had been formed in the USSR by the early 40s of the twentieth century, and shows the main activities of the country’s military and political leadership in transferring it to military rails.
