Infraestructura Pública Digital

Abstract Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) is an initiative that has been planned and developed by Microsoft, one of the most important technology multinationals worldwide, through the façade of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, however, it does not do so in alone and for this he has been accompanied by the Rockefeller Foundation, like the first, his representation is done through one of its Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs): Co-Develop. This proposal is supported by the World Economic Forum, the United Nations Development Programme, as well as the European Council. The last territory in dispute for world domination is subjectivity and the capture of this in its entirety will be codified in simple blocks of data and no longer as intersubjectivity with capacities for the transformation of its environment. It is intended that in the next five (5) years, fifty (50) countries will have implemented this infrastructure under the monitoring of civil society in direct relationship with NGOs, the mediation of the United Nations (UN), the World Economic Forum, The European Council and the New International Financial Architecture integrated by the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. The geopolitical impact in the application of this geofinancial device constitutes a renewed attempt to achieve a new international division of labor, in which sovereign territories may already run the risk of disappearing and human groups are the precise objective that will accelerate the incorporation, which supposes, the new imbalance of this (DPI).
