A Post-Keynesian–Sraffian Synthesis: Concave Short-Term Dynamics and Long-Term Effective Demand Trajectories
This work proposes a dynamic synthesis between Keynesian short-run effective demand theory and Sraffian long-run production models. It explores the compatibility of concave demand and supply functions with classical surplus-based growth, and presents a theoretical framework to connect short-term underemployment equilibria with long-run trajectories of employment and income. The document is intended as a proposal for a future doctoral research project.
