DELIVERABLE D1.2 Risk management and project quality plan

This document deliverable D1.2 “Risk management and project quality plan” presents a strategy to ensure excellent performance within SPATRA by means of quality assurance and timely risk detection and mitigate potential technical and scientific risks. The document presents a set of adopted procedures to ensure the general quality of the project actions such as communication within and between the work packages (WP), effective meetings, high quality of the deliverable documents and publications. The potential risks, which could prevent successful implementation of the project milestones, are summarized and classified according to their potential effect on the project. High quality of project internal communication ensures constant risk monitoring and reporting. Already at this point mitigation strategies for potential major risks are suggested. In this way, it is ensured that the requirements and conditions of the Grant Agreement (GA), Consortium agreement (CA) and Description of Action (DoA) are fully applicable.
