BENEFITS OF ACTION GAMES
This study explores the multifaceted benefits of physical play in different age groups and settings. Through a systematic review of existing literature and original research, we analyze the physical, cognitive, social and emotional effects of participation in physical games. Our findings suggest that regular practice of physical games is associated with improving cardiovascular health, improving cognitive function, strengthening social ties, and emotional regulation. The study is contributing to the growing evidence supporting the inclusion of physical games in curricula, community programs, and health activities. The findings highlight the potential of physical games as a cost-effective tool to promote holistic well-being in increasingly sedentary and digitally dominated societies.
