The Effect of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Compensation, And Work Facilities on Employee Performance at Galaxy Salon and Spa Jalan Taman Giri Nusa Dua

This study aims to analyze the effects of work motivation, workdiscipline, compensation, and work facilities on employee performance at GalaxySalon and Spa, located on Jalan Taman Giri, Nusa Dua. The research methodemployed is quantitative, based on a sample of 31 employees collected using saturatedsampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed usingStructural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). Theresults showed that work motivation, work discipline, compensation, and workfacilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workmotivation has the highest path coefficient (0.430), followed by work discipline(0.578), compensation (0.182), and work facilities (0.097). These findings indicatethat increasing these four factors can drive employee performance optimally. Thisstudy provides practical implications for management to pay attention to these aspectsin an effort to improve employee performance and service quality at Galaxy Salon andSpa.
