Abstract The ψ–Hamzah Equation represents a pioneering advancement in the modeling of complex biological systems, integrating fractional calculus, fractal geometry, and memory-based dynamics to offer an unprecedented approach to understanding viral infections, specifically Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF). This article presents the complete theoretical framework, computational simulations, and experimental results of the ψ–Hamzah model in the context of CCHF, demonstrating its ability to model viral dynamics with high precision. By utilizing fractional derivatives, the model incorporates memory effects in both viral replication and immune responses, providing a more accurate representation of biological processes than traditional models. The inclusion of fractal geometry allows the model to capture the spatial-temporal complexity of virus spread, particularly in tissues and organs. This is coupled with an intelligent immune response, modeled using complex integrals over the complex plane, enabling effective viral suppression without the need for pharmaceutical intervention. The ψ–Hamzah model offers a dynamic, multifaceted approach to simulating CCHF infection, focusing on both viral clearance and immune memory. In contrast to classical ODE-based models, it provides robust, repeatable simulations with improved stability and accuracy. Experimental results confirm that the model can predict the complete eradication of the virus within 12 days, with no recurrence or pathological oscillations, a significant improvement over conventional models. This model forms the basis for developing advanced therapeutic strategies, including a novel nanomolecular vaccine and antiviral drugs. These interventions are designed to target the virus with high specificity, enhance immune response, and promote long-term immunity. The ψ–Hamzah model also provides a robust platform for further research in the dynamics of infectious diseases, offering insights that could lead to breakthroughs in both prevention and treatment. This abstract highlights the innovation, scientific approach, and the implications of the ψ–Hamzah model for treating CCHF. It also introduces the significance of the model in advancing the understanding and treatment of complex diseases.
