Assessing Economic Impact of PESTEL Factors on France: A Comprehensive Analysis

Abstract: This research examines how PESTEL elements (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, and Legal) affect GDP per capita in France. We evaluate how France's economy performs under different macroeconomic and microeconomic conditions while studying how policy changes affect its population demographics and technology use. Our results show economic and environmental elements drive GDP growth most strongly through rising consumer prices and fewer emissions. New technology helps but slow internet adoption stops us from reaching our full potential. Results show immigration creates small economic challenges but political instability affects strategies to some degree. Tax rules directly impact how much money each resident receives in their gross domestic product. Our research shows that all PESTEL elements determine how France develops its economy. Improving ICT networks and renewable energy infrastructure plus solving immigration issues and expanding export markets represent our suggested actions. Our study shows the need to create balanced economic reforms that can boost long-term resilience. Keywords: PESTEL Analysis, France GDP, Economic Growth, Environmental Sustainability, ICT Adoption, Immigration, Public Debt, Trade Diversification, Macroeconomic Policies JEL Classification Number: F10, F14, F18
