Fine-tuning BERT

This paper describes how to fine-tune the BERT Transformer encodermodel for the benchmarks MNLI, SQuAD v1.1., SQuAD v2.0, andSWAG. After carefully introducing the mathematical and BERT-specificnotation, it discusses not only the fine-tuning phase but also theevaluation phase and the most common measure applied to the respectivebenchmark (Accuracy, F1).
