Prečo je mediácia bez psychológie len polovičným riešením? Why mediation, without psychology, is only half the solution?
Mediation is a process that aims to resolve conflicts and disputes through communication and cooperation between the parties involved. This article explores the importance of integrating psychology into mediation, arguing that without the psychological aspect, mediation remains only a halfway solution. Psychology brings to mediation a deeper understanding of the emotional and cognitive processes of the participants, thereby facilitating more effective communication and more lasting conflict resolution. It strengthens the mediator's ability to identify and resolve emotional obstacles and promotes an empathic approach. This approach not only increases the effectiveness of mediation, but also strengthens relationships and promotes sustainable solutions that are beneficial to all parties involved. Psychológia prináša do mediácie hlbšie pochopenie emocionálnych a kognitívnych procesov účastníkov, čím napomáha efektívnejšej komunikácii a trvalejšiemu riešeniu konfliktov.
