Quantum Mechanics as Intelligence Processing: Unifying Reality Through the Intelligence-Driven Time Framework

This paper introduces the Intelligence-Driven Time Framework, a theoretical framework that reconceptualizes time as an emergent property arising from intelligence processing potential states of reality. The framework integrates concepts from quantum mechanics, complex systems theory, and information theory to develop a mathematical model where intelligence acts as the fundamental driver of reality's evolution. It proposes a solution to the quantum measurement problem by positioning wave function collapse as intelligence processing potential states into actualized reality.
