PREVENTION STRESS IN YOUNG PROFESSIONALS DURING ADAPTATION TO TEACHING CAREERS
As stated in Kazakhstan’s 2020–2025 State Education Development Program, enhancing global competitiveness in education and science is a priority. Educators play a crucial role in achieving this goal, as their professional well-being directly affects the effectiveness of educational institutions. Ongoing transformations demand higher qualifications for teaching staff, increasing the expectations placed on educators. Teachers' motivation, professional engagement, and interactions influence student performance, while students’ emotional state, academic involvement, and social mobility depend on teachers’ well-being. These aspects are closely linked to job satisfaction, psychological resilience, and overall career sustainability. Despite administrative support, novice teachers encounter significant challenges in their early careers. Many leave the profession within the first years, and high turnover often stems from perceived unsolvable professional difficulties. Workplace relationships, workload complexity, and the absence of structured psychological support further contribute to career abandonment.
