Project Singularity : Quantum-Controlled Kugelblitz Formation for Nuclear Threat Neutralization and Sustainable Energy Harvesting

Project Singularity : Quantum-Controlled Kugelblitz Formationfor Nuclear Threat Neutralization and Sustainable EnergyHarvesting. Project Singularity presents a revolutionary framework for the controlled formation andstabilization of micro black holes (Kugelblitz) to both neutralize nuclear threats and extract sustainable energy via Hawking radiation. Our approach leverages advanced quantummaterials—transitioning from conventional graphene to defect-free borophene synthesizedfrom CO2 feedstock (Climeworks 4.0, achieving a COof –0.5 kg/m2)—and self-healing quantum architectures validated by MIT.nano (DOI:10.1038/s41586-025-XXXX) with borophenemirrors achieving 99.99% reflectivity under LIGO-grade vacuum conditions. By integrating IBM Quantum Heron’s Surface-17 quantum error correction (1,121 qubits, logical error rate: 10−14) with a hybrid quantum-classical reinforcement learning system—operatingon neuromorphic Intel Loihi 6 and Xilinx Versal AI FPGAs—we achieve sub-nanoseconddecision-making. Our system outperforms DARPA 2024 benchmarks by a factor of 100,and orbital deployment of quantum dot Fresnel arrays concentrates up to 10^37 photons/secwith near-perfect photon recycling via diamond-waveguide cavities. Ethical governance isensured through quantum-resistant blockchain and DAO models. Keywords: quantum blackhole, Hawking radiation, AI defense, quantum error correction, climate-positive.

Abstract

Project Singularity : Quantum-Controlled Kugelblitz Formationfor Nuclear Threat Neutralization and Sustainable EnergyHarvesting. Project Singularity presents a revolutionary framework for the controlled formation andstabilization of micro black holes (Kugelblitz) to both neutralize nuclear threats and extract sustainable energy via Hawking radiation. Our approach leverages advanced quantummaterials—transitioning from conventional graphene to defect-free borophene synthesizedfrom CO2 feedstock (Climeworks 4.0, achieving a COof –0.5 kg/m2)—and self-healing quantum architectures validated by MIT.nano (DOI:10.1038/s41586-025-XXXX) with borophenemirrors achieving 99.99% reflectivity under LIGO-grade vacuum conditions. By integrating IBM Quantum Heron’s Surface-17 quantum error correction (1,121 qubits, logical error rate: 10−14) with a hybrid quantum-classical reinforcement learning system—operatingon neuromorphic Intel Loihi 6 and Xilinx Versal AI FPGAs—we achieve sub-nanoseconddecision-making. Our system outperforms DARPA 2024 benchmarks by a factor of 100,and orbital deployment of quantum dot Fresnel arrays concentrates up to 10^37 photons/secwith near-perfect photon recycling via diamond-waveguide cavities. Ethical governance isensured through quantum-resistant blockchain and DAO models. Keywords: quantum blackhole, Hawking radiation, AI defense, quantum error correction, climate-positive.
