FEATURES OF THE APPLICATION OF AGRICULTURAL WORK IN THE SARATOV GALKIN EDUCATIONAL AND CORRECTIONAL SHELTER IN THE LATE XIX - EARLY XX CENTURY

The article deals with the practice of agricultural work in the Saratov Galkinsky educational and correctional asylum. The author analyzes the process of practical training of pupils in farming, gardening, horticulture, cattle breeding, beekeeping and other agricultural works, which were carried out in the orphanage in the late XIX - early XX centuries. The data on volumes of agricultural works and the number of pupils performing them, data on the amount of harvest, agricultural machinery, working, meat and dairy cattle and other reference materials describing the economy of the economic part of the Saratov Galkinsky educational and correctional orphanage are given.
