Abstract The article examines the state of endothelial dysfunction in patients with peptic ulcer in the stomach and duodenum in combination with arterial hypertension and type 2 diabetes and the effect of infection of the stomach ulcer. 110 patients were examined for peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in combination with arterial hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus. All cases of vascular function abnormalities, namely, excess of endothelial cells in the blood in patients with COC and DAP of CagA + VacA + were 3.2 fold , and in patients with psychosis and duodenal ulcer CagA + VacA in 2,12 times. However, the phenomenon of the accompanying pathologists and infection N.R. organized the diagnosis and development of the main pathologists. A similar situation exists when the level of ET-1, sVCAM-1 is estimated.
