Does Symmetry Breaking in Quantum Mechanics Suggest Power Factor Loss? A Perspective from Space Quantum Theory[量子力学における対称性の破れは力率の損失を示唆するか?空間子理論の視点から]

This working paper explores a novel interpretation of symmetry breaking in quantum mechanics from the perspective of space quantum theory. We propose the hypothesis that phenomena conventionally described as "symmetry breaking" fundamentally represent power factor losses in the information processing capacity of space quanta (discrete spacetime units). This interpretation provides concrete physical mechanisms for phenomena previously explained through abstract mathematical symmetries, offering new insights into mass generation, force unification, and the relationship between quantum mechanics and spacetime structure.

Abstract

This working paper explores a novel interpretation of symmetry breaking in quantum mechanics from the perspective of space quantum theory. We propose the hypothesis that phenomena conventionally described as "symmetry breaking" fundamentally represent power factor losses in the information processing capacity of space quanta (discrete spacetime units). This interpretation provides concrete physical mechanisms for phenomena previously explained through abstract mathematical symmetries, offering new insights into mass generation, force unification, and the relationship between quantum mechanics and spacetime structure.
