ROLE OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN MANAGING AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR IN ADULTS

The article presents a theoretical analysis of the problem of the role of emotional intelligence. The definitions of ‘emotional intelligence’ ‘aggressive behaviour’ are given. Factors influencing aggressive behaviour in adolescence are described. Components of emotional intelligence are highlighted.
