Data Reasearch: Application of the TRIZ Method in Designing an Efficient and Secure Charging Station for Electric Motorcycles

This study aims to address this issue by designing and developing a prototype called Beenergy Hub, a charging station tailored to support electric motorcycle users within the BINUS University campus environment. Utilizing the TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) method, the research systematically analyzes design challenges and identifies innovative solutions for optimizing the charging station's functionality and user experience. A primary data gathering method was used to collect the data for this study, namely by interviewing Binus University employees and students who drive electric vehicles. These interviews were conducted to better understand respondents' criteria and expectations for the design of an electric vehicle charging station.
