SURGICAL TREATMENT OF COLON OBSTRUCTION IN NEOPLASMS

The article presents a brief analysis of the results of surgical operations performed in the Republic of Kazakhstan from 2019 to 2025 in connection with acute intestinal obstruction on the background of tumor processes. The main difficulties and risk groups are noted, and recommendations for optimizing the results of surgical treatment are given. Acute intestinal obstruction is a dangerous disease with a high mortality rate and complications, and the study of its treatment methods will further improve both the treatment process itself and the quality of its early diagnosis.
