PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF MORTGAGE LOANS

In this article, we will get acquainted with the concept of mortgage loans and problems related to mortgage loans, as well as the purposes for which mortgage loans are taken in our country, and the legislation on mortgage loans. In addition, an analysis of the existing work on the issues of dealing with credit portfolios and problem loans in the banking system and the measures taken within the framework of the legislation were made, and some recommendations were made to ensure the effective operation of the lending and withdrawal system in this area given.
