NODES_INNDIANA_Z73_Injectable Nanogels for In Situ Postsurgical Treatment of Glioblastoma
β-cyclodextrins are interesting starting material for both in situ forming and pre-casted gels. The formulations can encapsulate drugs with different physico-chemical properties. The gel erosion and drug release can be modulated to follow the TME post-surgical remodelling. The obtained gel will be tested in clinically relevant models and settings: tumor maximal safe resection+ local treatment + radiation.
