Summary. According to the military strategy adopted in October 2018, one of the missions of the National Army of the Republic of Moldova is to provide support to civilian authorities in crises, including the management of medical consequences.The medical treatment facility of the infantry brigade can function as an advanced medical point in campaign conditions, providing support to authorities in crises. The three aforementioned medical points can be deployed in the North, Center, and South zones.The necessity of developing a joint order of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Health to support medical assistance. The necessity of adjusting the Support Plan with civilian authorities in crises and coordinating with civilian hospitals to supplement the advanced medical point with a paediatrician.Key words: medical support, advanced medical treatment facility, civilian authorities.
