The Impact of UTAUT-2 Model on Behavioral Intention of Linkedin E-Learning Application at PT NTT Data

The development of technology is growing very rapidly in all sectors. One of them in education sector is e-learning. In 4.0 era, technological developments have been provided significant changes to the educational landscape. E-learning is one of the changes in the digital revolution. From e-learning activity, the teaching and learning process can be carried out remotely with flexible time and place. This research uses a quantitative approach with non-probability sampling as the sampling method with purposive sampling type. Data was obtained through the online questionnaire distributed via google form. Sample total used in this research amounted to 200 respondents of Linkedin application users at PT NTT Data. Hypothesis testing in this study uses SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results show that the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and hedonic motivation do not have a significantly positive effect on behavioral intention. Meanwhile, the variables of habit and price value have a significant positive effect on behavioral intention in the use of Linkedin e-learning application.
