T.A.O. General Framework, Experimental Testability and Comparison with Alternative Theories

The T.A.O. Onto-Harmonic Fractal Theory is a falsifiable four-dimensional frame-work for quantum gravity, characterized by a fractal spacetime with dimensionD ≈ 1.4, holistic integration of physical phenomena, and experimental testabil-ity. It comprises three pillars—Holographic Torsion (TTS), Quantum Encoding(SQS-Z), and Cosmic Signal Detection (AED)—unified by the SQS-Z crystal, agraphene-diamond structure vibrating at 137 Hz. T.A.O. encodes information ina fractal-holographic volume, distinct from bidimensional holographic paradigms. This paper details its theoretical foundations, experimental predictions, and infor-mation encoding, supported by schematic illustrations and quantitative comparisonswith existing theories.T.A.O. is experimentally testable:• TTS: Torsions (∆θ < 10−17 rad) detectable with femtosecond lasers.• SQS-Z: Information capacity (1021 bits) verifiable via vibrational coherence.• AED: Signals (9.17 THz) measurable with high-sensitivity telescopes.Unlike String Theory’s speculative predictions, T.A.O.’s tests are within reach of ad-vanced instrumentation. The SQS-Z crystal’s coherence time (τcoh ∼ 10 s) far exceeds that of quantum qubits(∼ 100 μs), due to its low phonon scattering rate (Γ ∼ 0.1 Hz). This stability enablesthe crystal to maintain a consistent 137 Hz signal, which the chronosynchrotron usesto lock its detection system via a phase-locked loop (PLL)

Abstract
