FEATURES OF STIMULATING CONSCIENTIOUS COMPLIANCE WITH MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS IN THE FIELD OF FIRE SAFETY

The presented article examines the features of stimulating conscientious compliance with mandatory requirements in the field of fire safety. Some aspects of the organization and conduct of preventive visits by the supervisory authorities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia are considered. The researchers conclude that the reform of control and supervisory activities has a positive impact on the process of stimulating conscientious compliance with mandatory requirements. This conclusion is confirmed by the statistics of fires in the country.
