DELIVERABLE D5.1 Dissemination and Communication Plan

This document outlines the dissemination and communication plan for the SPATRA Project, explaining how project results will be shared with stakeholders and the public to ensure visibility and long-term impact. It covers how the project will communicate its work, raise awareness, and engage target groups to support future use of its results. The plan relies on coordinated efforts from all partners, using clear strategies such as identifying key audiences, defining messages, selecting tools, and tracking progress. It directly supports the goal of making SPATRA widely known through participation in relevant events and communication actions. It also contributes to the broader objective of promoting EU space technologies and building capacity in non-EU countries. The plan will be updated as the project evolves. Its effectiveness will be monitored, and feedback will be used to make improvements. All related KPIs for this period have been achieved, marking the successful start of dissemination activities and the project’s online presence by Month 3, as defined in Milestone MS9.
