Impact of simulation drama-based training on sales performance metrics of junior sales executives
This research paper investigates the effect of Simulation Drama-based training on the sales performance of junior sales executives, specifically analyzing changes in conversion rates and revenue generation. Through an experimental approach, a group of 32 junior sales executives participated in a structured simulation drama training program, and their performance metrics were compared before and after the training. The results show a statistically significant improvement in key performance metrics, indicating the effectiveness of the training method. The findings suggest that simulation drama can be a valuable tool for enhancing real-world sales competencies.
