MODELING THE MOVEMENT OF MAGNETIC MARKED CELLS TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE VARIABLE DISTANCE FROM THE SURFACE OF A FILM WITH A STRIP DOMAIN STRUCTURE TO THE CELL CENTER

The motion of magnetically marked cells above the surface of a ferrite-garnet film under the action of an external spatially uniform magnetic field with a time dependence in the form of an alternating meander is numerically investigated. In the model of this work, the distance from the cell center to the film surface is a variable quantity, the value of which is found by solving a system of differential equations. In general, such a model leads to the same results as the model with a fixed height of the cell center above the film. The difference between the first and the second is in the lower values of the frequency at which the maximum dependence of the average velocity on the frequency is achieved, the maximum frequency (vmax), at which the cell still moves through many domain boundaries, and in a more rapid decrease in the average velocity with frequency near vmax .
