Tetragon–Kenon Arithmetic (TKA): A Phenomenological Ontology of Numbers
This paper introduces Tetragon–Kenon Arithmetic (TKA), a novel framework that reinterprets arithmetic operations and number theory through a phenomenological and geometric lens. Instead of treating numbers as abstract symbols, TKA defines them as arrangements of discrete unit squares (Tetragons) and voids (Kenons) on a 2D visual field. Rooted in the ontological structure of visual consciousness, this approach reconstructs arithmetic and primality in an intuitive and spatially grounded way. TKA carries implications for pedagogy, GPU-based AI, consciousness studies, and future mathematics rooted in visual cognition.
