IMPROVING THE SYSTEM OF INDICATORS FOR THE QUALITY OF INFOCOMMUNICATION SERVICES IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

The digital development of society places increased demands on the quality of information and communication technologies (ICT). Accessibility, reliability, speed, and security of communications are becoming critically important factors for economic growth, social stability, and improving the quality of life of the population. In this regard, improving the system of indicators of the quality of ICT services is an urgent task that requires an integrated approach and consideration of modern challenges [1]. In modern conditions, an important role is played by the analysis and development of recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the quality system of infocommunication services. To do this, it is necessary to: study the theoretical aspects of the functioning of the Russian telecommunications market; identify problems and develop recommendations for improving the efficiency and quality of services. These problems require analysis, the development of new approaches and solutions in the face of sanctions, changes in legislation, improvement of methods of service quality management and the effectiveness of this business.
