ЖЕНСКИЙ ДИВИДЕНД В ЭКОНОМИКЕ: АНАЛИЗ МИРОВОГО ОПЫТА И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ ДЛЯ УЗБЕКИСТАНА

The demographic dividend associated with the increase in the share of women in economic activity is one of the key factors in sustainable economic growth [Blomm et al., 2000]. This article examines the impact of women's labor on the global economy and analyzes the possibility of applying successful international practices in Uzbekistan. Key directions for the development of women's entrepreneurship, employment policy, and social protection are presented, and the impact of urbanization and technological progress on women's positions in the labor market is analyzed.
