METHODOLOGY OF TEACHING ARITHMETIC OPERATIONS WITH MULTI-DIGIT NUMBERS IN PRIMARY EDUCATION

This article analyzes the significance of using innovative pedagogicaltechnologies in teaching arithmetic operations within the multi-digit numberconcentration of primary education. In modern educational settings, interactivemethods, information and communication technologies, gamification, the STEAMapproach, and project-based learning methods play a crucial role in developingstudents' mathematical thinking and enhancing learning effectiveness. As part of thestudy, the impact of these methods on the educational process was examined usingempirical methods, and based on the obtained results, recommendations for theeffective implementation of innovative technologies were developed. A comparativeanalysis was conducted between the experimental and control groups, whichestablished that the application of innovative pedagogical technologies significantlyimproves the development of students' logical thinking abilities and mathematicalcompetencies. The results of this research provide an important scientific andpractical foundation for improving primary education and widely implementingmodern pedagogical approaches.
