ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT, WORKPLACE SPIRITUALITY AND TEAM EFFECTIVENESS: A STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODEL ON SERVICE QUALITY OF BARANGAY HEALTH WORKERS

Abstract Service quality in community healthcare encountered shortages of workers, as well as insufficient facilities and services. Despite extensive research on service quality, there remains a dearth of literature exploring models that incorporate organizational commitment, workplace spirituality, and team effectiveness. This research employs a quantitative causal method by utilizing a structural equation model (SEM) to establish the best-fit model for understanding the interplay of variables. The findings revealed a significant relationship between exogenous and endogenous variables. The findings also depicted that the generated model 3 was the best-fit model and successfully passed all the tests for a reasonable fit.
