RESULTS AND DIAGNOSTICS OF THE BOOM AND SOME METAL STRUCTURES BY THE METHOD OF METAL MAGNETIC MEMORY OF LIEBHERR EXCAVATORS AT THE ERDENET OPEN-MINING

Using a set of modern research and analytical tools and software, which is an advanced method of diagnosing the magnetic memory of metal, we continued our research by measuring the metal structures of the boom and some important parts of the chassis of LIEBHERR excavators operating at the Erdenet open-pit mine in stages according to our own methodology, processed the results, assessed the technical condition, identified deformed elements and areas requiring further attention, and then determined the remaining resource, developed instructions and implemented them in production.
