НЕРУХОМА ІСТОРИКО-КУЛЬТУРНА СПАДЩИНА УКРАЇНИ: АКТУАЛЬНІ ПРОБЛЕМИ У ВИКЛИКАХ ВОЄННОГО ЧАСУ

The article highlights the problems of loss of immovable cultural heritage of Ukraine as a result of the Russian-Ukrainian war from 2014 to the fall of 2023, provides statistical information on destroyed and destroyed monuments of a general nature, and indicates quantitative indicators by location (region), types of monuments. The relevance of scientific studies of cultural heritage, which is considered as a national identifier and mnemonic code of the people, is emphasized, and innovative scientific approaches are outlined as a theoretical and methodological toolkit for understanding cultural heritage. The activities of state institutions for the preservation and recording of the destruction of immovable monuments in wartime conditions were analyzed, a number of research projects of scientific institutions for documenting losses, the preparation of expert-recommendation mate-rials by scientists, and scientific and communication meetings were iden-tified. The organizational and cultural measures of public organizations to fix destroyed and destroyed real estate are highlighted monuments, their use of digital technologies for the preservation of cultural heritage objects, attention was paid to the issues of international support for Ukraine and its main directions, the role of UNESCO in the protection of the cultural heritage of Ukraine on the international arena was noted, attention was focused on the legal principles of the responsibility of the aggressor country for the destruction and further measures to restore cultural heritage are defined.
